I have a girlfriend and she doesn't act like she really cares for me, and with most guys that wouldn't bother them, but I'm not most guys! I love her more then anything. We have been together for 2 years now and i know she loves me, but she doesn't know how to love because of her childhood; her parents left her when she was 6 and she has never let anyone love her, but she has never found someone to love her like i do. what should i do please!?

The thing is, you will have to find a certain way to get her to open up to you about feelings.
Try talking to her, assure her that you will not leave, you won't leave her alone. Tell her that you love her more than anything, and that she is safe with you, and that she can trust you.
Assurance & trust are the key! Find the right moment, and do your best.
Oh, and get her something that she really wants, that will be of a huge effect on her. And tell her that you NEED her TLC !
