I really like this guy I work with, we have been kicking it for a while now, we do every thing together. But the only problem is he has a baby from another woman. I can deal with the baby but not the woman. The other day was his birthday, he told me that he and the mother of his baby had sex. I was mad, how could he do that, and the day before we had sex! He says he likes me. What should i do?

He has to choose! It is a simple as that! It is either you, or the mother of his baby!
He simply cannot have both of you! Don't sit around being mad, do something. Talk to him, and be honest about not being comfortable about the other woman, and that he has to make a choice!

First off, It sounds like this guy is playing you both, If he can continue to go back and forth between you that's just what he'll do, and why not? sounds like he has it made, What you should do is tell him you like him, but your not the sharing type, and that if he wants to be with you then it has to be just you and him, no one else, if he object's then tell him to hit the bricks, and find someone that wants you and only you..someone that doesn't sleep with you one day and his ex the next.
