I'm at my end and everyone is against me. My best friend wishes me dead, my ex. girl friend doesn't understand me, I don't know who I can trust and my Dad's a complete asshole, my mom isn't proud of me, my sister mistrusts me, I have no job, no money, no love … I give up!

Never give up, there is always hope, and something good always comes out of a bad situation.
You have to prove everybody wrong; get a job and show everybody that you are responsible and make your mom proud, that is the first thing to do!
Solve the issues that you have with your best friend and your girl friend.
As for the rest of the family, well you are going to have to do something really good, and prove that they can trust you! The way they feel is definitely not out of the blue! You must have done something that turned them against you! Try to undo that!
Have some faith in the world and in yourself, and trust me things will get better for you.
