On my 11th birthday, I got to see my friends only and not my dad! I thought he did not want to see me and I really wanted him to be there and I guess he was at my brother's birthday and I heard that he forgot all about me! That made me feel sad.
So, does that mean my dad doesn’t love me as much as my brother?

A father could never love one kid more than the other, but maybe he has different ways of showing it.
No matter what happened, your dad must have had a really good reason for not coming to your birthday, or forgetting.
Don’t ever believe that your dad loves your brother more, because kids are in equals for their parents.
A present doesn’t mean anything, it is what is inside the heart that counts.

he told me so
my father wasnt there for any of my birthdays,holidays or anything
he told me i better never talk to him again
but he calls me almost ever week trying to get me to talk to him
but i told myself i wont let him control my life
