There’s this girl at my school that use to stare at me a lot and I started to like her but then she stopped! But I want to talk to her and I’m too shy to say hi because she might think I’m ugly!

She should like who for who you are, not what you look like. If she doesn't like you for who you are then i think she's not worth your time. She should like your personality, and your traits. not the way your hair looks or what type of clothes you wear.
