Well i'm a guy and i am in the same boat as you about her only i don't know if she loves me or not. I have done alot to try and help her spirit, soul and emotion. Well to make it short, tell him whats up. Let him know what your true feelings are. If he has actually put lots of meaningful effort into your heart from his and you are afraid of hurting him, let him know that you are not trying to hurt him and that you have appreciated him for everything that he has done and if he REALLY does love you, he would understand that letting go is the truly the hardest part of love.
