I’m a 17 year old girl, i love a guy who lives next door and he
loves me too and waits for me everyday when i come back home just
to talk to me and he has been doing this for a year and i can’t talk to him and he
too. I have his number but it’s hard for me to call him. What should i do?

You say that this guy waits for you everyday to talk to you, but you also say that you can’t talk to him and neither can he! Which is it?
In all cases, if you really like him, and you have his number, take the chance and call him! What is the worst thing that could happen?
Get to know him, and if you don’t get along then there is no future for you two together, and the whole adventure ends! If you do get among well, then you have a start.
Why should we make live that small if someone wan't to respect others feeling simply go ahead and practice you life as usual and maybe some day you will meet much better quys

he waits for u everyday and u guys never even say hi?! calling him would be weird... a guy should make the first move .... its not like a law or anything but its logical..
if u want to call him feel free to do that .. but if he really likes u he must manage to get u'r number and call you..

How does she call him and she dont know him good.. Maybe he is a bad guy and pretends to be good .. If he really likes u or loved u what ever !! let him come to ur house talk with ur parents .. IF A PERSON LOVES ANOTHER Person he should do anything for them both .. But the man who is afraid means he have no personality and no guts .. Sorry to say this but this is the truth and dont call him .. u give him ur home number and let him talk to ur parent if he loves u ..
