Kitchen: Vegetarian Recipes


brown lentils

This is a simple and very nutritious vegetarian recipe i got from France while i was there on vacation. It is very practical and quick as well.
If you want to make this meal for more than two people, then double the quantities.

Ingredients:

1 can brown lentils
2 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
black pepper
cayenne pepper
toasted bread

This recipe is so easy and so healthy; make it as a side dish for meat, chicken or fish. It is a great accompaniment to anything really!
Do not substitute the butter because it gives richness, or the mint because it gives freshness!

southwestern lasagna

One of my friends has been asking me for a recipe for a long time, and I guess it would be really bad of me if I don’t reply to her request now, before I forget “again” !
This is a really delicious recipe for vegetarian lasagna, which is healthy, yummy and reasonably easy to make.
