Kitchen: Meal Menus


Happy New Year everybody.
Now to start off the new year, i am going to post two mouthwatering recipes; a simple lettuce salad and a pizza with a difference. I hope you have a wonderful Yummy year :)

Lettuce Salad:
Use your favorite kind of lettuce, wash it very well, and tear it into a salad bowl.
You can use wither oranges or grapefruit for the next step.
Take your fruit, peel it, cut it and slice it and throw it onto your lettuce.
The twist come in the dressing; use a pinch of black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 clove garlic - peeled & crushed -, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp creme fresh.
Mix them all together, to create a creamy dressing and drizzle that over you salad, and you are ready to dive into the green beauty!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it should be a healthy one that gives the body all it needs from the vitamins and minerals and most importantly the fibers.

Here is a simple menu for a very healthy, yummy breakfast:

Strawberry Peach Smoothie:

1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup milk or frozen yoghurt
1/2 cup ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
