Garlic Makes Food Good

I read this saying while going through a cook book, and thought it to be great!
It is funny and true.
Oh! Garlic is the greatest ingredient, it does make food really good!

"Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and tarragon make it French. Sour cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it Chinese; garlic makes it good."
