Spanish Style Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate is one of my favorite winter drinks; it is smooth, yummy and warm.
But there is a difference between hot cocoa, and hot chocolate!
Cocoa is the powder stuff, while chocolate is chocolate! really good chocolate cubes, that melt when warmed! and that makes a really great mug of really great hot chocolate.
The best hot chocolate is the Spanish Style Hot Chocolate, because it is gooey, sweet and very thick!
You have to use real chocolate, and be brave enough to use cream for this delicious recipe.
