Falafel Recipe

One of the most delicious, mouth-watering foods here in the Arab world is the small, round yummy balls called Falafel!
Falafel is served with Hummus and Fool and is also made into great sandwiches in the Arabic pita bread with a tad bit of Hummus, pickles and a simple cucumber and tomato salad, in addition to the famous Tahina Sauce!
Falafel is pure Arabic, so don’t believe it when it is said that the Arabs have taken the recipe from the Israelis!
Kishk El Fuara -Arabic Pudding-
One of the very delicate and smooth desserts in the Arab world is the simple Arabic Pudding called 'Kishk El Fuara'.
It is something like the well known 'Muhallabia', but with a tad bit of a difference.
It is so easy to make, and will be yummy to all tastes.
Simple Ramadan Date Dessert
This is a very delicious dessert, using non other than fresh dates. It might sound a bit fatty, but it isn’t eaten every day, and is so yummy that you wouldn’t actually care if it were fatty or not! The cardamom will give this simple dessert the sophisticated taste of Arabia!
Enjoy!
P.S.
I am going to make this tonight … hmmm!
Qatayef Ramadan

Arabic Sweets are a delicacy, and some of them are extremely special that they are eaten only once a year!
During the holy month of Ramadan, Arabic sweets are an essential part of the evening in every house.
Layali Libnan, Kishk El Fuara, Um Ali, Baklawa, and most importantly, Qatayef!
These are pancake like things that are filled with either cheese or nuts and are fried in oil, or grilled in the oven, then they are dropped in cold sugar syrup for a final touch.
I want to thank Abeer for sending her mom’s recipe, which I guarantee that you will like.
