Two Great Healthy Breakfast Recipes!

If you guys are trying to lose weight, your breakfast shouldn’t contain more than 400 calories. These calories are enough to give you the energy your body needs. Therefore my recipes will help you not only make an easy breakfast with low calories, but also a tasty one!

Slice an English muffin in half, and spread each half with 1 tbsp Peanut Butter.
Top with slices of banana.
Eat them with a side of no more than 20 blueberries!
This yummy breakfast contains 406 calories and will surely make you feel full!

This recipe is for all you egg lovers out there. Eggs are very good for you because of their high protein content.
Make an omelet with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. Do not use butter!
Mix in some chopped spinach, diced tomatoes and you can add a sprinkle of shredded Mozarella, but don’t get carried away with the cheese!
Eat with 2 slices of whole wheat toast.
This easy breakfast contains 391 calories only! Yummy with no guilt!
