tuna bean salad

This is a fresh recipe for spring & summer. It is delicious, nutritious & easy to make.
It makes a great brunch, light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 big can tuna, break into chunks
1 can Red Kidney Beans, rinse & drain
1 romaine lettuce, torn
1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 Cucumber, well washed & sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
Italian style salad dressing - you can get this from your supermarket

Toss the salad ingredients together & pour dressing over them!
