potato wedges

These wedges can be made as a snack or as a side dish. They are so easy to make, and very yummy. Serve them with dip, or with your food, be it meat or chicken.
You can make variations of the flavor; use chilli, provincial herbs, salt & pepper or any other spice you feel like.

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Oil
Chilli
Salt

Preheat your oven to 450F.
Cut the potatoes into 1/2 thick wedges and put in a big bowl.
Pour some oil over the potatoes & toss till fully coated.
Mix chilli with salt, and sprinkle over the potatoes, and toss until fully coated with spices.
In a roasting pan, put the potatoes in a single layer, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
