choco-caramel brownies

These brownies are made in small round molds, and are delicious whether eaten hot or cool.

Yummy yummy !

50 gm crushed walnuts
80 gm butter
150 gm black chocolate, broken into small cubes
150 gm brown sugar
1 egg, beaten well
50 gm flour
60 gm cream fresh
caramel drops or butter scotch drops (the ones we buy as yummy chewy candy!)

Preheat the oven to 180-190 C. and butter the molds you are going to use. cover the bottom of each mold with walnuts.
In a small casserole, melt the butter and chocolate together over very small fire so that the mixture doesn't burn.
take the mixture away from the fire, and add the sugar, beaten egg, and the flour and cream fresh. mix well, and drop into the molds. push one caramel drop into the middle of each mold.
Bake for 15 minutes max. and when done, let cool.
