seafood spaghetti

This is one of the pasta recipes that i adore. It is very healthy and yummy.
The reason is the shrimp and other Fruit De Mer you can include in this recipe.
Try this for dinner, and you will get addicted.

Ingredients:

1 kilo shrimps, peeled, washed and veined
500 gm spaghetti
10 tbsps olive oil
10 whole garlic cloves
5 fresh tomatoes, peeled, diced and blended in blender
1/2 can tomato paste

Place tomatoes, paste, oil and garlic cloves in a pan and cook slowly for 20 minutes until garlic is soft.
The sauce should be thick and not watery.
Add the shrimps to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti as you usually do.
When done, drain spaghetti and place in a large bowl and mix in the sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!

As for the seafood, you can add any other ingredients (as long as you know how to cook them well). You can add calamari, clams, mussels, crab and octopus as well.

DEAR HANA

i follow the instruction and i baked it. but
i dont put shrimp am allerged to it.

it is good and yummy, i dont add nothing just cheese and i enjoy it.

This recipe sounds so good. I usually cheat and buy canned sauces. This sounds so much better.

Where do you live by the way? I noticed you use the metric system.
