Creamy Potato Casserole

As a side dish, these potatoes are the perfect compliment to chicken or turkey roast, vegetables, and a dinner roll. Yes, they are rich, but treat youself and your loved ones to a full heart warming meal.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo cubed and boiled potatoes
8 oz. sour cream or cream fresh
1 sachet cream of chicken soup (diluted in a cup of hot water)
1 stick melted butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium minced onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, and pour over potatoes.
Even the mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle a little more cheeze on top. Bake for 45 minutes, or until top layer of cheese is bubbly and brown on the edges.
