I love it when during Christmas there is that unique family gathering. When you don't see each other the whole year until only that time.
I esspecially love my mum's seafood dinner dish which is fish, octypus, shrimp, prawns etc altogether simmered in garlic and corriander then served with buttered pasta.

As a Lebanese raised in Australia, I love Christmas in my country because it brings all curltures together.
At Christmas my Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Druze, Sikh and Buddhist friends come together to join me in an extremely large feast which includes caramel pies with marshmellow creme, a huge turkey, buttered mashed potatoes with peas and corn and other great dishes.
During Christmas, it's not about what religion you are- it's about harmony and unitement. Cheers!
