5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 liter hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried minced coriander
Heat the olive oil in a pot until really hot.
Mix the meat with all the spices, and make into small balls.
Throw them into the oil and fry until brown on the outside, then pour the hot water over them and let boil.
When the water boils, lower the heat, and simmer until the water dries out and the meat balls are just sitting in the left-over oil.
Put aside, let cool and then put in a glass container and cover with oil.
