Meal Menus

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it should be a healthy one that gives the body all it needs from the vitamins and minerals and most importantly the fibers.
Here is a simple menu for a very healthy, yummy breakfast:
Strawberry Peach Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup milk or frozen yoghurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Muesli

This is a nutritious and delicious breakfast cereal. Made up of dried fruit, oats, bran, nuts, raisins, and sunflower seeds, and is great served in bowls with milk and fresh berries or sliced fresh fruit.
Muesli should be stored in an airtight container.
Fresh fruits and Vegetables
A plate of Fresh fruits or vegetables is always a smart choice for a healthy breakfast as well.
Try a variety of strawberries, kiwi, grapes, melon or cantaloupe and apples. Or, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
I will make sure to try the strawberry and peach smoothie as soon as i can get my hands on peach!
