corn apple salad

This is the best salad in the world! My mom makes this for us in summer, and it goes well with chicken escalope, meat steaks, hamburgers and fried fish filets.
The combination of corn and apple gives a mouthwatering taste.
It is best served after being chilled in the fridge for an hour or so.

Ingredients:

300 gms canned corn
2 big apples (red or green)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Salt & pepper according to taste

Put the corn into a bowl, peal the apples and cut them into small squares, and add them to the corn.
Put the mayo, vinegar, salt & pepper, mix very well until completely blended.
Chill in the fridge and serve cold.
