Meat

This is a traditional English Pie that can be made for lunch or early dinner, because it is yummy and easy to make.
I first heard of this dish when I was in Brighton, England visiting my Grandma & Grandpa.
Ok! The main ingredients to this pie are potatoes and lamb!
½ kilo potatoes; peeled, boiled and mashed
½ kilo lean lamb meat; slowly cooked with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, and thyme, and a bit of tomato paste.
When the meat is cooked, shred it and toss it in a pan with butter or oil for about 3 minutes, then put it into an oven dish or casserole, and top it with the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with rosemary springs, and bake in the oven at 200 c. for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
