Chocolate is the craze that never ends, and there are new recipes popping up every day for those chocolate lovers all over the world to try.
One of the recipes that made my husband faint after tasting it, is a baked chocolate pudding-like thingy, that is absolutely mouth watering.
You have to use Pyrex small bowls or ceramic ovenproof pots.
Ingredients:
4 small ovenproof pots or bowls
A bit of butter to butter the bowls
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
¾ super fine sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
½ cup white chocolate chips
Be Careful, this recipe is a bit tricky!
Place baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°. Butter four 2/3-cup Pyrex bowls/pots and set aside.
Using a microwave oven, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Add cooled chocolate mixture, and mix until blended. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Divide mixture evenly among bowls/pots and place on baking sheet. Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey, about 20 minutes. Place each bowl/pot on a small plate with a teaspoon and serve.
Be careful (again), the pots are HOT!
