Salads

Yes! Cheese and Fruit together!
They have always gone well side-by-side; in some parts of the world white cheese is eaten with either red watermelons, or grapes whether black or green. And they do make a great mélange, sweet, a bit salty and literally mouth-watering.
Ingredients
½ watermelon
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Handful of chopped walnuts
2 trimmed and sliced spring onion
250g Feta cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
De-seed and cut off the skin and dice the melon.
Put the cubes into a large bowl.
Add the mint leaves, walnuts and spring onions.
Crumble the Feta cheese all over the salad, and drizzle with the olive oil.
Chill it, and serve it right out of the refrigerator.
Hmmm … Yummy !
