Pasta

To start off the Pasta Category, I will give you the simplest pasta recipe ever! Yet it is delicious! And it works as lunch or dinner, and is great if you have hard to please friends or family members! They will surely love this dish.
The beauty of this dish is that you can add anything you like to it, for example Mushrooms! As long as you keep it simple.
The key words for this meal are: Buttery & Cheesy!
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely grated
45 gm butter
½ kilo pasta of your choice (tagliatelle or spaghetti)
150 gm freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
Boil the pasta in a large pot, when done, drain water and keep a bit of the starchy water in the pot.
In a small pan, melt the butter and add the garlic to fry it a bit for a couple of minutes without coloring it!
In a big bowl, pour the garlic butter in, and toss the pasta in with 4 to 5 tablespoons of the starchy water, add the parmesan cheese and a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and grate fresh Parmesan on to each plate.
