This recipe is so easy and so healthy; make it as a side dish for meat, chicken or fish. It is a great accompaniment to anything really!
Do not substitute the butter because it gives richness, or the mint because it gives freshness!

Ingredients:

½ kilo baby potatoes, scrubbed and unpeeled
12 baby onions
2 cups fresh peas
2 teaspoons butter
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Boil the potatoes and onions until tender, add the peas and cook for a bit more.
Drain, add the butter pepper and mint. Toss well together and heat a bit just before serving.
