Chinese Chicken Wing Recipe

Chinese Chicken Wing Recipe

This is a very simple Chinese recipe, chicken wings in soy sauce and … honey! Yum yum! Serve it hot with white Chinese rice.

All you need is a pot and a few ingredients;

12 Chicken wings
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup honey
Shredded fresh ginger
Minced garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Fry the wings in the oil really well, add the minced garlic, stir a bit then add the honey.
Let it bubble and then add the soy sauce and the ginger.
Add ½ a cup of hot water, lower the heat and let simmer for half an hour.
Don’t forget to sprinkle a bit of salt “if it needs seasoning’.

Tada! Your recipe is ready to be gobbled down!

    wow sounds wonderful, really really nice. the other day i tried a bbq chicken wings recipe but instead of soya sauce i used bbq sauce and a marinated the wings overnight then i bbqued them on the bbq, the stickiness was still there but what made them delicious was the bbq flamme grilled taste that accompained the sauce. try it yummmy.
