Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Shrimp Recipe

This is a very easy and quick grilled shrimp recipe, also called Shrimp Tropicana, was sent to me by my sister. She wanted to help me with my cooking when I first got married, and sent me a bunch of easy recipes that only need a few minutes and a hot oven!

If you like shrimps, this is a dish that you will surely love. This recipe is also light, fresh, healthy and perfect for dieters.

Ingredients:

1 kilogram shrimps
The juice of one lemon
Crushed garlic
Shredded red and yellow sweet pepper.
Light Mayonnaise
Sauce Tropicana
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Firstly, you will need to boil the shrimps for around 10 minutes, let them cool down and peel them really well.
Put them in a pan with a bit of vegetable oil and fry them for 2 minutes.
Put them in a baking dish, and rub them with the garlic, salt and pepper, pour the lemon juice over them then rub them with mayonnaise and sauce Tropicana “you can find this at the super store”.
Toss the shredded sweet pepper with them and drizzle some olive oil on them and they are ready to grill in the oven for around 15 minutes.
