yogurt cake

This simple cake has become a favorite of mine!
Try it once and you'll want to make one everyday!
The first time I made this, my hubby and I ate it all in one sitting!

Make sure to use a small yogurt container (110g) as your measure.

Ingredients:

2 containers plain yogurt
1 1/2 container sugar
1/2 container vegetable oil (preferably sun flower oil)
1 large egg
2 tsps vanilla essence
2 containers flour
4 tsps baking powder

asparagus

It's Asparagus season and what better way to munch those green spears down than in a yummy salad!
Asparagus is very good for your health, because it's a good source of fibers and contains Vitamin A, calcium and Iron. It also contains high levels of Vitamin C.
This salad can be eaten as a condiment with a juicy grilled filet or crunchy crusted chicken breast.

Ingredients:

strawberry cheesecake

If you're a fan of Cheesecake, like I am, you'll love this smoothie that I found on Every Day with Rachel Ray.
It's simply Strawberry Cheesecake in a glass!

Ingredients:

raspberry tarte

I've always been a huge fan of berries, especially strawberries and raspberries.
I came across this simple and easy tarte that can be made with either of those berries,
It's a fruity, summery tarte that's easy to make and easy to devour!

Happy Thanksgiving y'all!
Tonight you're probably having a lovely, juicy and crispy red Turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes.
But what about dessert? Will it be the traditional, yet usual Pumpkin Pie? Or will the choice be something different this time around?
Tonight, i opted to make something different! I won't go for the Pumpkins or the Sweet Potatoes, but I've gone and gotten myself the best apples, dates and walnuts!
This is a special version of Apple Cake, which I've named Thanksgiving Apple Walnut cake and it is earthy and heartwarming! Just what a person needs on a cold autumn night!
Not only will you enjoy making this cake and eating it, but you'll enjoy the smell of it all around your home as it bakes! It's the magical apple+cinnamon combination!

So, here are the ingredients, choose them with love!
