Now what is hydrogen sulfide and what does it do for the body? Simple. This works like an antioxidant, which promotes improved flow of blood.

This benefit of acting like an antioxidant helps guard a person from harmful diseases like cancer of the breast, prostrate as well as colon. It may also do the heart a world of god. But you must also be warned that excessive supply of hydrogen sulfide can be poisonous. Prescribed amount is two medium-sized garlic in a day.
