Most of you have heard about Yoga and may have seen people on TV doing some Yoga stretching movements. Some people may find it funny, while others think it is interesting and others believe it is essential to our lives.
Yoga is a big science and includes a lot of steps, kinds and demands. There are a lot of kinds of Yoga and only one of them demands physical action and some (not much) flexibility which is the Hatha Yoga.
In my opinion, Yoga is more of a lifestyle than just stretching or working out. It plays a huge role in harmonizing mind and body; how to have peace within your heart and soul, how to control your life and how to just relax and purify your mind.
It is known as well that Hatha Yoga is healthy since the stretching movements are greatly beneficial to the body since it works on eliminating tension in the muscles and works on the blood cycle.
I advice everyone to try doing some Yoga and if not, you can try meditation which is a lot similar to the concept of Yoga. It requires some special music that you can download from the Internet, close your eyes, breath deeply and concentrate on your breathing. Meditation also has a lot of kinds.
