Removing Bad Memories Could Be Possible with New Drug

All of us have encountered some really bad patches in our lives that sometimes we wish we can erase from our memory right? Permanently erasing these specific instances from our memory bank so that they won’t continue to bug us each and every time…This wish might just come true because in a study published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research, there is a drug being worked on that can help wipe out bad memories. The drug is called propranolol. This new drug holds a big potential, and if proven successful and effective can be a big help to victims of heinous crimes who are plagued by painful memories. The way that this drug works is a wonder because it only targets certain memories, yes only those unwanted ones, and the memories you cherish most continue to be undamaged.

After the drug is injected, it works by disrupting the biochemical pathways that used when recalling certain memories. However, more tests and studies have to be conducted about propranolol, especially that the possible side-effects after certain memories have been removed are not yet known.

But if propranolol proved to be effective in removing painful and unwanted memories, will you take a shot of it?

Well, well. Isn't this a coincidence..

I wouldn't do this, because I just haven't been in something that bad, but I made friends with a couple of abused kids in a home, maybe something liket his could give peace to them, or to people like them,
