Diabetes is another very prevalent health problems nowadays in adults and young ones alike. And those who have heard and read about the disease know that diabetes comes in several types like the Type 1, Type 2 and the Gestational diabetes. Among these three it is the Type 2 that is most common since it can be associated with a lot of factors. Studies show that 90 to 95% of people have this disease.
Those who fear from having this disease now have a big chance of reducing their risk in developing Type 2 diabetes. How? The answer is a diet rich in fiber, but not fiber that you can find in fruits in vegetables rather fiber that comes from cereals and magnesium. I know a lot of you also love cereals just like me so increasing your intake will not be a hard thing to do. Those who do not the taste of cereals, well it’s time to develop your liking for it. Anyway it’s a small price to pay compared to having a full-blown Type 2 diabetes right?
