A recently released study shows that there is a way to combat depression in a natural way and this is by undergoing vigorous exercise on a regular basis. The recent study conducted by Dr. Nicola J. Wiles and her colleagues at the University of Bristol was published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

There have been past researches about this, which also showed that exercise could be very helpful for people who suffer from mild to moderate depression.
