These days not only old people suffer from memory loss! Even i forget where i put my red pen, glasses or even my passport!
It might be the disease of the century ... or just an effect of the speed time's passing by at these days! I mean, a week equals one day for me ... & a day doesn't seem to have 24 hours in it anymore!
So ... we have to find something that boosts out memory & quick!
The best thing might be the pairing of vitamins, specifically vitamin B12 & B9.
Which translates into salmon & beans! -as an example!-

Get yourself a lot of tuna,milk, yogurt & an egg into your diet to take in some vitamin B12.
As for B9, you can find that in some fortified food like cereals, breads & pastas.
But, take into consideration that all that might not be enough ... so sometimes you may have to take Vitamin B supplements ... but don't do that unless your doctor tells you to!
