Ok, Ok, I know that walking is good for you…so what?
Now scientists have discovered that taking many short walks is better than one long one!

Published in the Journal of Hypertension, Indiana University researchers compared the effects of four 10-minute walks to one 40-minute walk in reducing blood pressure.
And what did they discover this time??
Yes, you guessed it…!
Blood pressure went down more in after the 4 short walks.
This is good news for those of you who are just like me. I hate walking, it bores me to death! I’m happy that I don’t have to hear anyone boasting about how long they walked one day.

But what I’m not happy about is how the facts keep changing. Take eggs for example, 20 years ago eggs were good for you, today they’re not. Today they say we should drink 8 cups of water a day, and I’m sure tomorrow they will say…”Oh, sorry we got it wrong, it’s actually 1 cup a day.”
Don’t you find that keeping up with new scientific discoveries concerning health issues complicated…they rules keep changing!!!
For all we know, one day they may even say smoking is good for you!

Like taking many short poos rather then one long one...me thinks not- better 2 get it over and done with. I suppose they are just saying it as a combat to all our snacking. Coz we eat throughout the day at anytime it'd be less effective if we eat after walking. Therefore their solution is to say '4 short walks' in order 2 cover most of the day. 3/4 meals + 4 walks, next they'll be saying try 2 inhale oxygen every 4 hours...it's all rubbish. Scientists r useless nowadays, they haven't got anything better 2 do.
