Have you ever felt physically, emotionally and mentally jaded? Maybe you’re moving way too fast that you never have time to sit back, relax and breathe deeply. Take it slow, there’s time for everything. Try mediation, it’s a good way to achieve harmony of mind, body and spirit. All you have to do is to allot a little of your time each day to for contemplation. I bet after trying it even for just a week, you’ll already see changes taking place in your life.
To help you start, here are simple meditating tips for you:
1. Before you meditate, prepare yourself by spending a few hours without thinking or worrying. You can do this while driving home from work or while walking.
2. Sit comfortably as you meditate. You can use a cushion so you would fee more comfortable. You can lie down too but it’s better to sit so you won’t fall asleep.
3. Wear comfortable clothes so that your body will be totally relaxed.
4. Play a relaxing music while you meditate.
5. Don’t give yourself a time limit as you will just be preoccupied with checking how long you’ve been meditating. You can use a timer so you won’t have to check the clock every now and then.
