Would you believe that Sun Bathing & Smoking have so much in common, that they seem to be the same!
Both cause cancer, both cause wrinkles & they both become an addiction!
Ultra violet rays from the sun cause your brain to release the same chemicals released when you take in nicotine.
This addiction is called "tanning dependency" & it's when a tanners miss work, dates, or school to hit the beach or the salon for that matter, & "need" to spend more and more time in the sun!
To cut back on sun bathing the best strategies might be the same as the stop-smoking strategies!
Be careful & always have balance when it comes to the sun.

Omg i am sooooooooo addicted...i dont use sun cream either! Today in the Uk the weather is 26c and i have been laying in the sun for 4 hours!! I love it so much! i have red marks all over my body now!!
i like stayin in the sun but not alot cuz here its really hot..like twice a week and in summer only....i wanna get sunburnt like sort of red so maybe i shouldnt put lotion..could that really be dangerous?

You guys are seriously demented, sunbathing is as bad for u as smoking is... it kills, it killed my mum and it'l kill you. Sunburns, getting red etc is not a good thing, its a 1st or 2nd degree burn and to think thats cool is bazaar, its like setting your arm on fire for a bit... so you guys are seriously demented finding that cool and finding a cancer causing tradition a love...
no one deserves to go through cancer, but you guys are asking for it. have fun in the sun
