When having a big decision to make, you may feel confused, or hesitant in choosing the right thing to do. But it seems if you let your unconscious mind do the choosing for you, you’d be happy!
Allowing your unconscious mind to help in decision making, means that you’ll worry about the whole situation less, thus your mind will be relaxed as it chooses the right thing!

Try this, list the pros and cons for each choice you have, and then go to bed. Your unconscious mind will go to work while you sleep, and you may wake up with a fresh perspective of the situation, and might find yourself with the right choice.
Getting enough sleep during the night, gives you more concentration, perspective, health & energy to tackle any decision making situation that might face you next day.
