If you're too busy, or even too lazy to do a bit of exercising during the day, then this tip will be to your liking!
Just when you open your eyes in the morning, and before you get out of bed, do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase one daily until you get up to 100.
Don't worry, 100 isn't that much! Like Shakespeare once said: To climb steep hills requires slow pace at first.
And hey, a bit of sweat isn't a lot to pay for a flat stomach!
