
Having gas is natural, yet annoying & embarrassing!
Getting rid of this problem is an easy task, just eat the right foods, stay away from some naughty foods & exercise!
- When you have gas or tummy ache the best thing to chew on is parsley, cumin, anise or mint! These all chase away the gas, and prevent tummy aches.
- On the other hand, the foods that you should avoid are beans, peas, onions, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, sweets, spices, pickled vegetables and pears.
- As for the best exercise, walking is the best! Before a fatty meal, or after, walking can help easy digestion, and prevent gases.

yes i always have a gas, it never stop. sometimes i close the door so nobody can hear me. i never thought to chew mint or cumin.
i hate gas it make me nervous and go to the restroom aaaggghhh furd. why human and animals do that?
