When you wake up in the morning, and go take a shower or brush your teeth, that doesn't mean your mind is awake as well!
Research suggests that most people experience severe intellectual impairment during the first 3 to 10 minutes after waking up. In fact, mental faculties may not reach peak performance for up to 2 hours after rising.

Thus, you might feel confused or dazed!
So, the best thing to do, is to give yourself time to really wake up before doing things that need concentration or careful thought.
Take your time while having breakfast, or exercise a bit, while your mind really wakes up!

lol yh i herd dat b4..i used 2 fnk it was only b who was a rite dumbass in da mornin...but yey..its not jus me..wohoo.
but i wake up like 7:00 n start skl at 8:30...so wen im at skl im still really slow.
