Lack of energy and laziness are problems that everybody suffers from, from time to time!

It also contains sugar which gives body energy, and some other types of sugar that induce the growth of bacteria that makes digestion easier.

Spinach:
Spinach contains high levels of Folic Acid, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and vitamin E & C, in addition to a lot of vitamin B.
And these components are the magical potion for beating anemia, which makes a person feel beat, lazy and fatigued!
