Nearly everything alive is made starting with water. And we as human beings need water to live, for we can live without food, but not without water.

The benefits of water are countless, but as a few I will mention 5:

1.Water hydrates the body inside and out, so when you’re feeling tired and hot, your body is calling out for help; drink a glass of water and you’ll start feeling the difference immediately.
2.Water cleans the internal organs in our bodies; it washes out the acids in our stomach, and also washes out our bowels.

3.Water helps maintain the elasticity of our skin. If you drink more water, your possibility of having wrinkles decreases.
4.Water helps you “go to the bathroom” easily! When it comes to “number 2” water makes it leaner and decreases your chances in having constipation.
5.In summer, it is great recreation, cool water in a big swimming pool in a blessing!
