Health Tips for the New Year

Try these great “easy” tips and follow them every day … You will feel great in a few weeks.

1. Move more; it doesn’t have to be a real exercise, just try moving your body a bit more each day. Walk, run, or just dance!

2. Cut fat; if you think that is hard, just don’t eat fried foods!

3. Quit smoking … just quit!

4. Reduce stress; this might sound difficult, and it really is … but the thing is you can reduce stress if you put your mind to it. Think happy, positive thoughts, do something you like everyday (take a long hot bath, walk on the beach … etc.) and count to ten before loosing your temper.

5. Protect yourself from Pollution; try avoiding smoke filled areas like rooms or crowded streets. Exercise outdoors in the early hours of the morning because then the pollution levels are the lowest.

6. Wear your seat belt … protect yourself and your loved ones from car injuries.

7. Floss your teeth; if you only brush your teeth, you are cleaning only 70% of your teeth’s surface.

8. Avoid excessive drinking; a bottle of wine should last a very long time!

9. Keep thinking positive; you can’t be unhappy if you are singing or smiling!

10. Follow the tips above!

hi sasa,
well, to gain weight you have to eat a bit more!
eat healthy things like eggs, tuna fish and milk products.
dont eat junk food in order to gain weight because that will give you volume with no nutrition at all!
eat well and exercise a bit.

exerscise a bit" doesn't that sounds so lazy - you guys, intense exersice is what going to rush your blood and get your more benefits. Fat are necessariy for your body to function well, you are actually harming your body by avoiding fat. However, Carbs are what really fatten people. High protien diet, and low carb are the best diet ever. Carbs digest way faster than protien does, that's mean espeically in our culture where we eat alot more rice than portiens, it makes as feel hungry faster and hence having more meals, while if you have one decent meal full of meat and protien, it will take at least 6 hours for you to feel hungry again, the best pure source of protien you can have that has the least cholestrol are fish such as salmon, and it would we better if it were steamed not cooked with oil products. Carbs are danagerous for health, as they accumulate in your blood and may dangerously raise blood sugar beside causing obesity, and you guys have to be aware that everything that you drink such as orange juice or whatever that you may lie to yourself and think of it as a good source of vietamins has at least 26 to 30 grams of digestable carbs that your body stores as sugar, and may later cause diabete.. bread, rice, and peas all these food are full of carbs. Hence, the best way to manage your diet is to replace your rice with a side of salad and put more consentration of portiens thea has the least cholestrol such as fish, and in developed countries, their are lots of yougurt drinks and shakes that are full of protien and calcium.. eat to be healthy, and don't eat to satisfy your hunger that's the key .. eat smart.. like eating one meal full of protien will keep you satisfied and not hungry for a longer time...
