Sheryl Crow wasn’t the only artist to have an embarrassing moment at the CMT Awards on Wednesday night. My favorite country crooner Shania Twain had one as well!

Unlike Sheryl’s undies flash, Shania took a nasty and I guess painful fall on the stage! Yup in front of the crowd and whoever were watching the live telecast of the event! She was walking on the stage, ready to present the male video of the year award when she slipped! Blame the high heels!

Shania Twain looked wonderful at the Juno Awards in Canada last March 27. No can dispute that Shania is a very talented artist, singer and songwriter. Canada is definitely proud of her and as a sign of that, Shania was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame during the Juno Awards.

Her award was handed to her by Bryan Adams who called her “a Canadian treasure” and truly she is! Before she was handed the award, a video showcasing the highlights of her career as well as messages from fellow artists was played.

Finally, we get a glimpse of some of Shania Twain’s wedding photos! I said previously that it seemed like a very romantic wedding and I’m right, based on some of the photos. There’s one where her husband Frederick Thiebaud lifted her up as they shared a kiss. The rays of the setting sun behind them provided the perfect backdrop.

Shania was a very lovely bride when she said her “I Do” to Frederic in Rincon, Puerto Rico on New Year’s Day. She had no particular designer for her wedding gown. In fact, she only bought it from a small boutique in Switzerland. She paired it up with Calvin Klein sandals.

What better day to get hitched than on New Year’s Day?! Country crooner Shania Twain and her Swiss executive fiancé Frederic Thiebaud tied the knot on January 1 exactly! It’s not a rumor because Shania’s rep confirmed that fact to people.

The wedding took place in Rincon, Puerto Rico. I think it was a really romantic beach wedding, especially since it took place at sunset.

I really like Shania Twain and would grab any opportunity to see her and there's one on the way!
Shania is the recently announced guest judge on American Idol 9.
First it was Victoria Beckham, then Mary J. Blige and now it's Shania Twain! Yay!
PEOPLE confirmed that Shania will take a seat next to Simon Cowell as a guest judge at upcoming American Idol auditions in Chicago on August 30th and 31st.

Shania was spotted at JFK International yesterday as she arrived from Switzerland.
She wasn't alone! Shania was accompanied by her new boyfriend, interestingly enough, he's her ex best friend's ex! Yes! He used to go out with the woman with whom her ex husband cheated!

The 42nd CMA Awards was a star studded event last night with the biggest names in Country music and a few big names from Hollywood like Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman and the ever so cute Reese Witherspoon!
But -in my personal opinion- the country beauty that lit up the red carpet of the event was Shania Twain!
Her special appearance during the event was left for last -following the saying 'leave the best for last'- when it was time to present the top honor of the year, Entertainer of the year trophy.
The audiences went crazy as she came up on stage in a flattering and revealing low-cut Missoni gown and she was thrilled for such a welcome, she said: "It’s good to see all of you too. I hope to be seeing a lot more of you."

It was great seeing her after all this time ... We Love You Shania!

The CMA Awards are tonight but there's a surprise that wasn't announced until a bit ago; Shania Twain is going to make a special appearance and present one of the awards!
Shania was spotted in Nashville over the weekend with friends and it seems she's going to be spending some time there in the coming few months. In the past few months she's been jumping between Canada and Switzerland and hasn't made a stop in Nashville since 2004!
This appearance will be her first after she split up with her husband back in May.
According to reports, since the split she hasn't put down her guitar! this means songs are being composed! Yepee! If there's an album -some sort of comeback album- I'll sure be the first to grab one!
I can't wait to see Shania on stage tonight!

Ever since i can remember, I've been a huge Shania Twain fan. I love her, her style, her music and everything about her! She's the greatest!
Well, since the split bug is invading famous couples, Shania is the latest to catch the bug!
She and her husband of 14 years have split up.
Her rep confirmed the news to PEOPLE, he said in a statement:
"Shania Twain and her husband, music producer Robert 'Mutt' Lange, are separating after 14 years of marriage. This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time."
It's no secret (Shania herself revealed this) that the couple is quite in their characters, but they've been basing their marriage on friendship and compatibility ... seems those to ingredients have expired for them!
