There were rumors before that Mariah Carey will be joining X Factor judging panel but she immediately shot that down during an interview with Extra TV. She said she didn’t care who’s on the judging panel as long as it wasn’t her. Well, that was X Factor. And it seems Mariah favors American Idol better because she’s more than willing to come on board the show!
Kevin Reilly, Fox’s programming chief, confirmed on Monday that Mariah will indeed be joining that judging panel of American Idol. I think she will be replacing Jennifer Lopez who’s left the show after Steven Tyler.

Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon splurged on a pair of shoes and a diver’s watch last weekend. But don’t worry, it was all for a good cause since it was for a charity event.
Nick, in particular, pushed the bidding up to $21,000 for a pair of Project Canvas shoes teamed up with a diver watch designed by Audemars Piguet. Nick’s bid was the highest bid throughout the night. All profits gained at the event benefitted the Urban Arts Partnership.
Aside from being a bidder, Mariah also designed a pair of shoes which fetched $2,000. The lucky one who took it home was BET chairman Debra Lee.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon didn’t hold back about giving a big and unique party for Dem Babies! The super cute twins Monroe and Moroccan surely had a fabulous first birthday that will be remembered for a long time. I doubt the twins will actually remember what occurred.
The birthday bash was held on Monday at their hotel suite in Plaza Athenee in Paris, France where Mariah and Nick also renewed their wedding vows. To achieve the festive atmosphere, the place was decorated with blue and pink star-shaped balloons. There were custom-made pastries and lots of toys too! The couple also kept the champagne and wine flowing for the guests, the legal age ones of course.

But why did she have to wear the super tight red spandex jumpsuit to her Austrian concert on Monday?
The jumpsuit left nothing to the imagination as it outlines every womanly curve she has! And even the curves that aren’t supposed to be displayed! I’m sure everyone at the Top of the Mountain Concert in Ischgl saw more than what they paid for. The red jumpsuit was obviously a bad choice.

Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon are going to celebrate their fourth anniversary big time this year! Although they renew their vows each year, they’re going to go the extra mile for their fourth anniversary by renewing their weddings vows in Paris! The celebration will be at a place where the Eiffel Tower is seen in the backdrop.
The happy couple is also going to make it public as they’re going to greet the media at La Maison Blanche hotel after the ceremony. This will be quite different from the secret wedding they had in the Bahamas last April 30, 2008.
