Johnny Depp has a new film that we all must watch out for! He is set to take the main role in Wally Pfister’s directorial debut entitled “Transcendence!” Pfister worked as a cinematographer in “Inception.”

“Transcendence” sounds deep huh? Details about the movie are vague as of now. The only known thing is that a man develops a computer that suddenly starts thinking for itself. The computer then turns evil. Sounds like it’s going to be full of tech stuff.

Johnny Depp never ceases to surprise! Once again he does so with his latest undertaking in book publishing! Never though he’s that interested in books. Goes to show there’s really more to him than his good looks and swagger.

Jonny’s publishing imprint will bear the same name as his production company Infinitum Nihil, “Nothing is Forever” in English. It will also be under HarperCollins Publishers. The publishing imprint is all set and for its debut, Johnny has chosen “The Unraveled Tales of Bob Dylan” by journalist Douglas Brinkley. The book will be released in 2015.

To worried Johnny Depp fans, the rumors that he’s dead are not true! He’s alive and in good condition. In fact, he is working on his latest movie “The Lone Ranger.”

Although Johnny’s alive, I’m sad to inform you that a crew member on the “Lone Ranger” set died. I guess this crew member’s death was mistaken for the 49-year-old actor’s.

Can you picture anyone else playing Captain Jack Sparrow aside from Johnny Depp in the Pirates of the Caribbean? I can’t! It’s like when you hear the name Captain Sparrow, it’s Johnny’s face that always pops into mind! And I’m just happy that once again he will be reprising the said role in the fifth installment of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise!

Johnny has already signed on for the film and he is expected to earn around £60 million! Wow! This will definitely make him one of the highest earning actors again.

Actor Johnny Depp is single and ready to mingle! How he mingled during Steven Tyler’s after party at the Pink Taco on Sunset Boulevard on Monday! Johnny was just one of the big stars to attend the after party; also in attendance were Jim Carrey, Seth Green, Lana Del Rey and many more!

But many eyes were on Johnny who is now single following his split from long-time partner Vanessa Paradis and just recently from his “Rum Diaries” co-star Amber Heard.

Shortly after Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis officially announced their separation, Johnny was spotted going out and about with his Rum Diaries co-star Amber Heard! Amber, who is a bisexual was seen all lovey-dovey with Johnny in public that there was no doubt about their relationship. But now, it seems Amber has dumped Johnny! The reason? She didn’t want to be marked as a homewrecker!

We first heard about Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis’ split in January. Personally, I hoped they would still be able to patch their differences and get back together. It’s been six months but still no progress. And now I think all is lost since two already made their split official!

Johnny’s publicist released an official statement on Tuesday saying that the two have amicably separated. They’re also requesting the public to respect their privacy and especially that of their children, 13-year-old Lily-Rose and 10-year-old Jack.

There’s a new Johnny Depp movie that I can’t wait to see! I’m so excited because his role in this movie is hat of a centuries old vampire! Exciting eh?

The movie “Dark Shadows” is based on a supernatural soap opera from 1966-1971.This upcoming horror comedy tells about Johnny’s character Barnabas Collins who is awakened and freed from his tomb after 200 years! He awakens in the modern age 1972 and is amazed by what he sees!

He was in the tomb in the first place because he was cursed by an angry witch named Angelique. After he awakens, he finds out that his worldly possessions including his great mansion have grown into disrepair. But he’s still able to find his modern day relatives played by Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Moretz, Johnny Lee Miller and Helena Bonham Carter. Barnabas reclaims his position as the family patriarch and not hiding the fact that he’s a vampire.

Fourteen long years down the drain? I can’t believe that superstar actor Johnny Depp and Partner Vanessa Paradis have split!

Being together for 14 years is quite a record already, and when I first knew that, I was really amazed at how they make it work. But now it seems there’s nothing to be amazed about because they’re just like other couples who end up in separate ways!

Although Johnny and Vanessa have yet to confirm the split, the indications are all there! According to People, it’s been a year since the two appeared as a united couple on the red carpet. Also, the couple used to be based in France but now Vanessa has relocated to Los Angeles and they’re rarely in the same city together.

How do you manage six kids, a career and other activities as a celeb? According to Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie has it down to pat. Yep, he’s all praises on his The Tourist co-star’s mothering skills, to the point of calling her a “shockingly great mother.”

It’s not so common that you hear, a guy at that, commend a fellow woman actor on their parenting skills. According to Depp, Angie is such a “versatile, wonderful person who can portray anything.” He went on to say that he would have been in prison by now if he encounters the same things Angie goes through with the paparazzi, especially with the kids in tow.

After “The Tourist” Johnny Depp is ready to take on a new role again! This time he will be Tonto, the sidekick in “The Lone Ranger” series. The new movie will be under Disney under the direction of Gore Verbinski, also the one who directed his hit flick “Pirates of the Caribbean.”

Are you familiar with this series? To those who are not, “The Lone Ranger” was a radio and TV series that featured a masked Texas Ranger in the Old West and his companion Tonto, a Native American, who fought the injustices in the society.

It’s been a while since we read anything substantial about the suave Johnny Depp. Finally, there is something interesting. He is on the cover of the latest issue of Vanity Fair! Aside from the great pictures of him, on the cover and inside the spread, Depp also gave an extensive interview to Patti Smith for the magazine.

The subjects of the interview ranged from his role as Capt. Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean to working with Angelina Jolie in “The Tourist.”

Depp revealed that when the “Pirates” franchise was just starting out, some of the Disney folks hated his portrayal of Capt. Jack Sparrow. There was even a woman who asked if Capt. Sparrow was gay. He replied, “Didn’t you know that all my characters are gay,” much to the woman’s nervousness.
