During the 2009 VMA Awards last night, Janet Jackson paid tribute to her late brother, Michael Jackson.
Janet and the dancers who were set to perform on his doomed This Is It Tour, stunned the audience with a performance of Michael's 1995 hit, 'Scream'.

Janet Jackson is very good at keeping secrets; she managed to keep her first marriage to Rene Elizondo hidden until their ­divorce back in 2000.
She's been with her long-time boyfriend Jermaine Dupri for the past seven years, but he wasn't there during the Michael Jackson memorial!

After a few snags Janet is Jackson is ready to go back to her “Rock Witchu” concert tour. She’s going to be back after canceling or postponing a series of these concerts. Her doctors found out that her illness was migraine-associated vertigo, a serious illness which required her to rest for a time. She’ll be back performing on Wednesday night at the Verizon Center in Washington, according to her manager. This is a statement her manager, Kenneth Crear made, “She’s feeling so much better and is ready to hit the road again to finish the tour.” So, those who bought tickets to the concerts need not worry because Janet is back in good health and is ready to give the performance that her fans truly deserve.

Janet Jackson suddenly fell ill yesterday and had to be rushed to hospital in Montreal during a sound check for her concert there as part of her Rock Witchu Tour.
Janet has postponed her Wednesday show in Boston and her Thursday performance in Philadelphia until further notice, but will be resuming her tour Saturday in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Janet was released from hospital a few hours after she checked in, but the nature of her illness hasn't been revealed!
